Ironman 4x4 Suspension Kits

Ironman 4x4 have a huge range of vehicle suspension kits available to suit most customer requirements. These include comfort, performance and constant load kits with a choice of either Ironman Nitro Gas or Foam Cell shocks.

Most kits will have a 40mm – 50mm lift except some vehicles with independent suspension as you are restricted more with suspension travel and drive shaft angles. This lift is from the vehicles original factory released height and since most vehicles have sagged suspension, you mayexpect to receive an extra 10mm – 20mm lift on top of the above mentioned height.

Lighting & Dual Battery Kits

HID vs Halogen The HID is up to 3 times brighter, and lasts up to 10 times longer. HID lights last up to 10 times longer than halogen lights as they do not have a filament in the bulb. HID lights produce much less heat than a halogen light, so there is a reduction in the burning of the lens and reflector. HID lights draw 60% less power than a halogen lights. This allows you to use 4 HID lights and still use less power than 2 halogen (100W) lights.

The Ironman 140 Amp Dual Battery Kit allows two batteries to be charged at the same time. When the engine is started and the main battery reaches 13.4 volts, the Ironman module engages, allowing the two batteries to be charged simultaneously.

When the voltage drops below 12.8 volts (e.g. the engine is stopped), the Ironman module disengages, isolating the batteries.

The Ironman dual battery monitor displays the voltage levels of both batteries. The Ironman 140 Amp Dual Battery Kit eliminates the possibility of draining the starting battery, as long as your accessories are connected to your auxiliary battery.

The Ironman 45L Ice Cube Fridge/Freezer uses the latest Danfoss BD-35F Compressor. Made with high quality CFC-free Polyurethane Foam Insulation, it is durable enough to endure the harshest of conditions and temperatures whilst staying cool.

The smooth finish internal cabinet offers the ultimate protection for the cooling lines and is hygienic and easy to clean.

The Ironman 45L Ice Cube Fridge/Freezer is designed to be compatible on 12/24 Volt or 100-240 Volt making it ideal for camping, 4WDing and caravaning.

The digitally controlled Danfoss compressor has a cooling capacity of -18°C and can be used as a fridge or freezer. The Ironman Ice Cube has a low current draw (1.5Amps at ambient temp. of 32°C and interior temp. of 5°C) and includes a thermal insulated bag and comes with a 3 year warranty.
