Performance Exhaust Replacement

We have a large range of bolt on performance exhaust systems for most cars, utes and four wheel drive. These systems have been specially manufactured for maximum performance gain, superior design and with the ultimate sound and depending on your driving style improved economy. All our performance systems are mandrel bent to allow perfect flow through the bends without restriction compared to pipes bent using a normal exhaust pipe bender. All our systems have been tested to the highest standard to deliver the best quality and outcome for your vehicle.

Some of the leading brands of exhaust systems we use are Cobra Performance, Redback, Redback 4x4, Xforce, Rage, Mercury. We also have a large selection of header brands we use such as HiTech, Genie, Pacemaker, HM Headers and Redback for a totally tuned exhaust system. With this selection of leading brands we can offer you a choice of systems from mild steel, stainless steel, dual or single exhaust systems or a complete custom built system if a bolt on system is not available.

SS Inductions Products

We can supply the full range of SS Induction products for your vehicle. The induction systems work due to cold air being denser than warm humid air and holds more oxygen. This cooler oxygen-rich air, increases the efficiency of the combustion process creating more power and torque.

All vehicles have a factory induction however most are undersized, restrictive and poorly situated so that there is no ramming effect and your engine is left to breathe in hot turbulent air from within the engine bay. This results in sluggish responsiveness with poor performance and economy - it’s like trying to run down the road breathing through a straw in your mouth.

You drive into high-pressure air try putting your arm out the window at even 50kph. SS Inductions’ cold air systems channel that pressured air to allow the engine to breathe in a greater volume at all speeds, across the rev range. The ECU in your vehicle will detect the increased air and alter its settings accordingly. This may take up to several hundred kilometres of normal driving to fully adjust and produce the maximum effect. With the exception of the OTR Growler® no tune is required when fitting any SS Inductions’ products.

This increase in airflow not only improves power, torque and general performance but also improves fuel economy by obtaining more power from the fuel air mixture you’re burning, you in turn use less fuel when driving your car from point A to point B at highway speeds.

Tunit Diesel Performance Chip

The Tunit is an externally installed performance product suitable for all modern diesel engines. Tunit is designed to improve power, torque and efficiency, without compromising fuel economy. In most cases applications will achieve a 7-10% saving on fuel. It is retro-fit and will not interfere with original equipment or the manufacturers warranties. Installation is usually a swift process of less than 30 minutes. Thanks to Tunit, diesel tuning is possible to increase the performance of all modern diesel vehicles by up to 30%.

How It Works

Custom Exhaust Systems
Unfortunately there is not always a performance bolt on exhaust available for all vehicles including classics or vehicles that have been modified. At A1 Automotive Suspension & Exhaust, we can build a system that suits the performance and sound level that you require. The first step we take is to get the vehicle in on our 4 post hoist and one of our trained staff members will take the customer over it and discuss all the possibilities. From there we are able to quote you on your custom system and give you a time frame of how long we need the vehicle.

Lifetime Warranty
Most reputable exhaust manufacturers offer a two year warranty on their bolt on products – our exclusive Lifetime Exhaust Warranty extends this period for

the lifetime you own that vehicle. This extended warranty can be purchased

at the time of fitment or you can buy the extra cover within 3 months of this

date by contacting us on info@a1exhausts.com.au

PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE COVERED

This warranty is valid for most Australian made & some imported bolt

on exhaust products. We reserve the right to refuse cover on some

manufacturer’s products as there is considerable difference in the quality

of exhausts available in Australia. Your local A1 Exhausts store will be

pleased to advise you as to products that we will cover.

PERIOD OF COVER

This warranty is valid for the period that you own the vehicle.

The warranty is not transferable should you sell the vehicle.

Cover starts once the manufacturers product warranty finishes.

YOUR COVER

Your cover includes part(s) & labour. Should the warranted part fail we will

repair or replace it at our discretion..

EXCLUSIONS

Backfires, external damage & excessive corrosion.

Accessories such as rubbers are considered wear & tear items.

The warranty does not include any other costs you may incur. For example

the cost of returning the vehicle to us or any incidental damage caused by

the warranted part(s).

2 YEARLY EXHAUST CHECK

 In order to maintain your exhaust system in perfect working order you are

required to bring it back to an A1 Exhaust store for a free exhaust check

every two years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will be required to present your warranty paperwork & original purchase

invoice in the event of a claim.
